Marc is currently a Principal Instructor at Salesforce Trailhead Academy teaching people how to maximize the power of the platform. In his last 10 years at Salesforce, he has been an Admin Evangelist preaching the gospel of Salesforce all around the world, and a Nonprofit Customer Success Manager, empowering thousands of not-for-profits and NGOs on how to implement Salesforce for their organizations. He lives in San Diego, California, USA with his wife and 2 cats Bruce and Monty, and he doesn't know how to surf yet.
