Justin is the Managing Director of LavaBox, a Salesforce consultancy that helps aspirational organisations to deliver industry-leading customer experiences & productivity.Justin’s journey in business began early. As a 21 year old, he founded, scaled and exited his first company with his good friend and LavaBox Co-founder, John McLean. In 2015, Justin and John founded LavaBox to help mid-sized businesses and nonprofits to compete, innovate and thrive in the digital age. LavaBox has a team of circa 20 Salesforce Architects, Consultants, Developers and Marketers based in Aotearoa New Zealand.When Justin’s not running LavaBox, he’s running after his two young kids in the fields of Cornwall Park, near his home in Tamaki Makaurau Auckland.
